Fill your child's heart with music through this endearing Easter fable. From the moment he first sprouts, Little Tree knows there's a special plan for his life, but when a lightning storm leaves him with a gaping hole, Little Tree feels his life is worthless. Soon, however, a special traveler with kind eyes stops under Little Tree's branches, filling him with a new purpose that changes his life forever.
Inspire children ages 2-7 with the message of Christ's birth, death, and resurrection through this captivating CD. The Story of Little Tree includes 11 delightful sing along songs, including the favorites: A Small Beginning, We're His Creation, The Man Called Jesus, and He Lives.
"I played Little Tree when I was 7. (24 years ago!) This was my first play at church. My dad played "Big Tree". I remember it being so much fun and all the songs are great! I still remember most of them. Especially "Wisdom". I sang it for show and tell in 2nd Grade and my teacher liked it so much, she taught it to every class she had until she retired. A great play, a great, heartwarming story - and lots of fun!"

"My mom purchased a cassette tape of this in the late 80's, and it was a regular favorite of mine and my brothers. I just bought this cd for my three young sons (8,6,3) this summer. I was a little doubtful that they would enjoy it as much as I did, but I was wrong. They love it! It is kept in the car, and they often ask to listen to it. I also purchased a second cd for my niece and nephew (5 & 3), and it's their favorite cd for the car as well. It's labeled as an "Easter" story, and it does focus on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, but it's definitely appropriate for all times of the year. The songs are very catchy, and I always find myself singing along. Little Tree is a great story, and a good investment for a family with young children."

"I bought the CD for the grandchildren to listen to in the car. They are ages 3 & 5. The first thing they say every time they climb in is "I want to hear Little Tree". They are picking up the songs quickly and they both totally get the story line."

"I bought this for my 8 and 5 year old kids because I loved this story as a child. My 8 year old was hesitant at first but has confessed that she absolutely lives this story. Her and my five year old son listen to it as they go to bed. I still love listening to this story. It is a joy to my heart."

"This is a marvelous story with great music. One of my goals in life is to get this story made into a movie. It's such a shame that so few people know about it. One unforgettable lyric from this cd lives in my memory bank: wisdom, wisdom make me strong; bring me joy when birds have lost their song."
